Shipping Information:

  1. Processing Time: After you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipping.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer a range of shipping options to cater to your needs, including standard and expedited. Unfortunately we do not ship outside the US and Canada at this time. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  3. Shipping Duration: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We ship Monday through Wednesday due to the heat, so the products do not sit inside hot vans, trailers, or warehouses that may damage the product especially in the summer. Please take this into consideration when purchasing our products.
  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Once the package has left our facilities, delivery is out of our hands and unfortunately we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Process:

Damaged or Defective Items:

Exceptions:

Currently, we are unable to offer and accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Discontinued and clearance items, limited releases and gift cards are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.
